Return Policy

This return and exchange policy is formulated in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applies to all customers within the EU, safeguarding consumers' rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day No-Reason Return)

EU customers are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period during which they may return items without providing a reason. This period begins on the day the customer receives the goods.

2. Return Requirements

Returned sleepwear must be in brand-new, unused condition, free from stains or signs of wear, and retain all original tags and packaging so that they remain suitable for resale. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for no-reason returns.

3. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for 14-day no-reason returns. However, if the return is due to issues attributable to us—such as quality defects, incorrect items sent, or missing items—we will cover all shipping costs (both outbound and return).

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will issue a full refund—including the product price and the original shipping fees paid by the customer—to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.

5. Quality Assurance and After-Sales Service

If products exhibit workmanship flaws, fabric issues, or quality defects covered by our warranty, customers may request a free exchange or a full refund; we will bear all associated costs.

6. Exceptions to Return/Exchange Policy

To comply with EU regulations, returns or exchanges without a specific reason are not accepted in the following cases: items that have been worn or used, items damaged by the customer, items washed or altered by the customer, items missing tags or packaging, and orders exceeding the 14-day return window.

7. Policy Updates

This policy will be adjusted as necessary to align with the latest EU consumer regulations. Updates will be published on our official website and will take effect immediately.
